Whether you dream of owning a fresco of incredible size featuring twenty-five horses at full gallop or a painting reminiscent of one no longer available, I would be pleased to create a work of art based on your specifications.

Equine and Pet Portraits in Honour of the Friend Dear to Your Heart

Send me your best shots, preferably taken in daylight, showing your horse from all angles, still and in movement, ridden or not. Choose shots that show your horse to his best advantage and your best headshots. Favour photos that represent the essence of your horse, because I will refer to them for inspiration. Photos may be sent by mail, stored on a CD or emailed. Be sure to obtain the consent of the photographer for photos taken professionally.

I also offer photo services. The shoot is free of charge at show grounds and during events in which I participate as an exhibitor. I can also travel to your stable, subject to certain conditions and my availability. Contact me for more details or to schedule an appointment.

Provide a description of your horse and his background. Place the emphasis on details that reveal his personality and explain what he means to you so I can gain insight into his character and soul and depict this in my work.

Since each horse is unique, context, colours and pose will be based on my inspiration of your horse and what you dream of owning in a unique work of art.

Procedure and Payment

An initial 15% deposit is required when placing an order. The balance is payable once the final result has been approved.

My work is guaranteed. You need not purchase the work if you are not satisfied with the final result. However, the initial deposit is not refundable.

Delivery is dependant on the time of year, and may range from two weeks to six months. Urgent commissions are accepted occasionally.

Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, cash, cheque or Paypal.
